Unrealistic Expectations of Actors

Less experienced actors often use online casting sources and believe they don't need talent agents.
‼️
These actors typically have less (if any) experience securing proper representation for themselves.
‼️
The actor's frustration stems directly from expectations regarding what a legitimate talent agent requires to represent an actor.
‼️
Would you mind taking a moment to review the 2021 EMMY® nominated actors and those that have won an EMMY? They are all well-educated, significantly trained, and the majority have extensive theatre experience. Everyone on the list is on an equal playing field, and anyone could have won.
