ing the Legacy of Great Gospel Artists in the Golden Triangle & Surrounding Areas. The 2010 Gospel Awards Celebration which was held at The Tabernacle M.B. Church in Macon, MS was a great success with over 700 people in attendance. This celebration was designed to give back to the Gospel Artists and show honor to those who travel throughout the year representing the Golden Triangle area with great gospel music and ministry. With programs such as the Golden Triangle Awards we are able to give recognition and present awards of thanks back to those who we very easily forget to thank for serving, traveling, and representing our Golden Triangle area. The first years Celebration featured some of the greatest gospel artists to ever be heard such as: Rev. Andrew Cheairs, Rev. Alfonso Bowens, Stephania Johnson & The Supreme Voices, Redemption of Columbus, The Hebrew Boys, Voices of Victory, The Noxubee County Mass Choir, Rev. Lonnie Weaver & Genesis, Pastor James Covington & Men of Praise, The Golden Gates, The Doss Family, Michelle Lewis & The Lewis Singers and many many more. We would like to thank all of you for taking time to complete the Gospel Awards Survey because you, the fans and families of these great gospel artists determined those who were honored on the night of this celebration.The survey was categorized into 8 different categories, one category labeled FAVORITE which caused for more than 1 winner, which means 10 groups were honored on the actual night of the celebration.
