We actively seek out the employees that other staffing companies turn away. We're fighting homelessness and poverty in Atlanta with jobs. First Step seeks to help military veterans, people with disabilities, previously incarcerated men and women, and those experiencing homelessness. First Step Staffing was proud to attend the 2026 VBSR Annual Conference in Burlington, Vermont, alongside nearly 500 business and community leaders focused on building a stronger, more inclusive economy.
From inspiring conversations to impactful workshops and a keynote from Jodi Anderson Jr., the day reinforced the importance of people-centered workforce solutions and community partnership.
