Heyyy! How you holding up? How is the year treating you?
I know we're all holding a lot. One thing I'm no longer holding within my physical body is huge fibroids. 🙏🏾

Meet me at tomorrow at 6:30PM for a discussion and info-sharing about fibroid awareness, care, and testimony with & . And bring any AMAB folks in your life that would need to hear & learn more perspectives on this pervasive issue! We need understanding between us all in order to show up right for the folks we love.

Thank you, for leading these Birthwork is Healing sessions!

See y'all tomorrow! 💜✨️

I could list out the things that Atlanta, Conyers, Decatur, and surrounding areas have been through in the past 20 days. I could list the places rocked by recent natural disasters, or the assaults on our rights across the country.

But we can only hold so much. Here's a little herbal support to help you as you navigate the rough times.

Please support your local herbalists, co-ops, and tea shops as you source herbs for these blends. 💜✨

(Greater) Atlanta and *gestures at everywhere*, we are holding so much right now. The weight of grieving 2 mothers who were lost to GA’s abortion ban, everything hurricane Helene, and now Milton, the ex*****on of an innocent man, toxic air and contaminated water, etc, etc, etc—it’s okay if it feels overwhelming. It’s okay to fall apart and feel the full weight of it all.

When you're ready to come back into your body, drop what you're carrying and breathe with me? If you need to cry, rest, or disconnect for a moment, do that. We can do all the suggested measures to keep ourselves physically safe, but the nervous system needs a break.

Some herbal support if you have access:
-Mullein & licorice root can help protect your lungs if you’ve been exposed to the air. Make a tea, if you can.
-Lavender chamomile teas are great for calming the nervous system—especially when things feel out of control.
-Rosemary in a steam can clear the mind and relieve anxiety. If you don’t have fresh herbs, a few drops of essential oil in a bowl of hot water can help.
- Burn bay leaves or simmer them in water to help clear negative energy from your space.
