The student must be 18 years old and apply with his/her college email to be verified. Any parent can create a profile as well and they can request a babysitter by clicking “request a USIT” on the home page of the application. The parents can put the task, amount he/she is paying, and the day when requesting a babysitter. Throughout the day, the parent will get multiple acceptances from college students and it will go into their “pending” tab on the application. Ultimately, the parent can choose a babysitter from all the pending babysitters.
