iykmyk I lovee me some pilates —

exercising is something i already dread (but i mean who doesn’t, ya know) but i truly found a flow state with pilates…the way I felt after, the way I looked after..hello!!

and moving away from my favorite studio/any studio, at that, has been roughhh.

bt just bc I’m away from the studio doesn’t mean I have to lose the exercise in its entirety…cause baby we got pilates AT. HOME! 🧘🏽‍♀️
