Harvest Transitional Housing (formerly the Feed My Sheep Project) is a nonprofit that provides assistance to the homeless and those at risk of homelessness residing in the Metropolitan Atlanta Area. Since beginning operation in 2010, Harvest Transitional Housing has provided services such as rental, utility, and transportation assistance, groceries, and preventive health care education to an estimated 6,000+ persons.
