In our expansion efforts, we are looking to fill our Lead Manger position. We are looking for a talented person who will be responsible for qualifying and generating leads that fit our buying criteria. Our firm would like to align with a candidate who can effectively manage their day-to-day activities, loves helping people and is a team player who exhibits excellent communication skills. Add in a side of fun and a fervor for high standard goals and you have our ideal applicant. Additionally, the ideal candidate would be able to work with us on a part-time basis to start but is open to going full-time as we progress.

You are the right person for this position if you are:
--You must be personable and able to build rapport quickly over the phone
able to follow phone script and take necessary notes during call
-You must be organized with a high attention to detail
-Have a commitment to excellence - quality driven
-Customer service oriented
-Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls daily
-Able to produce 12 qualified leads to Acquisitions Department daily
-Following up with prospects in a timely fashion
-Managing our custom CRM system
-Have the ability to solve problems
-Report to senior management

Qualifications:
-Ability to learn and internalize scripts to hit your maximum potential
-Work experience in customer service related field
-Proven track of successful interaction with customers
-Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to effectively focus on more than one task at a time
-Driven to exceed goals
-Pleasant and trustworthy
-Must love people and love fun
-Must work well under pressure

Here's some of the things you'd be responsible for:
-Reaching out to homeowners within the database with properties that match our buying criteria
-Qualifying leads for Acquisitions team by gathering property information from potential sellers
-Attend sales training and meetings
