Broken Jasmine Rice, Over Mediums fried with Butter, Avocado.
Then a stunning Persian Cucumber Salad, with Shallots, Sesame, Garlic and Ginger with Red Boat, Aromé and Rice Wine Vinegar dressing. Shaved Red Pepper.

Red Boat 50°N is wild.
For most things I love the 40°N, but for more umami, 50° is the one.
Then there's Maggi Aromé. I bought a tiny bottle last year, that's lasted a year - and it's become an indisputable work horse in my cooking.

A little of both goes a long way. They made the perfect Salad this time.
