Her leadership reflects both continuity and growth, guiding Focus People into its next chapter while staying rooted in the people-first culture that defines who we are.

This transition represents a natural evolution for our leadership team and reinforces our commitment to operational excellence and long-standing partnerships. With Rene at the helm, Focus People will continue to expand across accounting, IT, administrative, call center, and warehouse roles while supporting state government initiatives.
