Moroccan Stew: Fire Roasted Tomatoes/House made Andouille Sausage is slow simmered with Ras el Hanout
Huevos Enfrijolados (Eggs in Spicy Black Beans) Slow roasted in chipotle in adobo with south of the border aromatics and rice. Crema & Crisp Corn Tostado.
