7-Eleven has sued Nike over a planned Air Max 95 sneaker release, and the dispute is about more than color.
According to the complaint, 7-Eleven alleges that Nike’s orange, green, and red sneaker design, paired with a July 11 launch date, creates a false impression that the shoe is connected to 7-Eleven.
