Do you feel safe at work?

It’s easy to only think of safety as physical violence, but danger can come in many forms. In the workplace, safety is often based on psychological factors like being your authentic self without fear of negative consequences.

I see a lot of conversations about the importance of but what many companies fail to do is create an environment where you are truly safe.

But what do you do if you feel like you don’t belong?

You don’t have to quit your job to pursue your dreams. Yes, not having a job gives you all of the time in the world to follow your dreams. But 90% of the time, it’s not the job that’s holding you back (I made up that stat but the message is still true).

Building a brand doesn’t require you to be a full-time creator or entrepreneur but it does take clarity, discipline, and an unshakable desire to pursue your vision.

Join us to learn how both Steve Worthy and I have built a strong brand while working a full-time job and get tips that you can apply towards developing your brand today.

In our next live show, Steve and I will talk about our experience building a brand while working full time and we’ll get to hear about what it took to become a full-time content creator.

My grandma once told me that when you have something to give, give it. So I figured that instead of just talking about how to build a brand, I want to actually help someone build it.

So during our next Livestream, Steve Worthy & I are going to select ONE person from the audience to come join us on stage (Link in bio to get notifications 🔔)

Steve & I talk about brand development all of the time, so we figured why not make this conversation public and invite others to join us.

But it's not just that, seeing is a big factor in believing, and when you only see people from BIPOC communities associated with negativity, the viewers will begin to make those same associations.

Join me as I speak to Joy Donnell the Co-Founder of the Center for Intersectional Media + Entertainment (CIME) and about how they are advancing intersectional representation in media &
