It is our job to help you buy your home with confidence, and we are there to be your trusted advisor and friend holding your hand and guiding you throughout the process.

I provide my buyers with lenders I trust and explain the mortgage process, and what the best financing option might be for them. I handle all of the paperwork – and yes it’s a lot! I will walk you through all of the important documents so that you understand what you're signing, and negotiate with the other agent to help you get the home of your dreams. Once we are under contract I can recommend inspectors that my past clients have loved, and go over what to expect with a home inspection as well as negotiate any necessary repairs. I keep you up to speed on the dates and deadlines to make sure you close on time, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘰 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦!

It’s always a good idea to review your credit report and scores periodically, even if you are years away from buying a home or getting a mortgage.

However, If you are planning to buy a home in the next 6 months (or even just starting to think about it), knowing your credit score is an important first step to becoming a homeowner.

Mortgage lenders will use your credit scores AND report as important factors in determining what loan you qualify for, and what interest rate to offer you. If you don't regularly check your credit, and there are errors on your credit report, you may have trouble qualifying for a loan and getting a mortgage.

PRO TIP: Smoke detectors typically only last about 10 years, so if you are unsure how old they are (or they have turned yellow), it's probably time to replace them!
