ability to better distribute the load (while never turning anyone away), the ability keep up our own information so all info is up to date, and the ability develop a network of volunteers to help those in need find these resources. I truly believe, if we all came together, into one network, through-out the country, pooling resources - ( i.e. if someone comes to me, and I have nothing left, I know 6 other efforts close to me to check )- we can combine our abilities, to better even out the load, so there isn't several efforts dying and under staffed, with several others trying to help but with no one there. In addition, if each org, had one or two volunteers, spend an hour or so a week, administering and keeping up to date their own info, the up to date admin problem would take care of itself. The exposure can get much needed funding to many places without the time or ability to garner internet exposure.
