Today isn’t just Election Day, it’s U.S. Patriotism Day. America isn’t perfect (by a LONG shot!), but there’s still no place on earth I’d rather be a citizen.

I’m thankful to the men & women who risked & sacrificed life, limbs &/or loved ones to establish & protect the freedoms of our country … and I’m grateful to honor our founders & servicemen by exercising my freedom to VOTE today!

Whether or not you like the candidates running for office; whether or not you believe your vote will be counted correctly … go vote … even if for no other reason than to honor the memory & sacrifice of those that gave you the right to vote! 🇺🇸

Darling daughter #2 & I had a SUPER FUN afternoon supporting this family owned small business & decided to do the FULL experience at Smash 'N Dash Rage Room, which included splatter painting, rage room, AND axe throwing. Here are my honest thoughts about the experience ...

Although ALL the activities of this experience were INCREDIBLY FUN, smashing stuff in the rage room using a variety of tools on a variety of glass objects ***INCLUDING a car windshield*** [✅ Bucket List] was QUITE HELPFUL at releasing my pent up frustration. (NOTE: Remember that Carrie Underwood video for "Before He Cheats"? Here at Smash 'N Dash Rage Room, you can star in your own version of that video WITHOUT going to jail for it. 😂🤣)

Finally, I got to try axe throwing [✅ Bucket List]... and discovered I'm a natural at it! Flexing my Cherokee Indian roots, I suppose. 😃 (Psst, here's a secret tip ... if you want/need to "personalize the experience" further, email them a picture of the person/people/company that you have an "axe to grind" with & the kind folks at Smash 'N Dash Rage Room will gladly use that image instead of a normal target for you to aim at! ❤️🪓)

In summary, after experiencing a "life event" that was more than a little upsetting & frustrating, I realized I had a choice to make ... wallow in it & get bitter about it, or do something to get that negative energy out of my system so I could get better (and cross a "bucket list" item off my list while I was at it). I'm SO thankful I chose the latter because thanks to my afternoon at Smash 'N Dash Rage Room, I not only marked a couple of experiences off my "bucket list", my daughter & I got to "positively vent all our pent up frustrations" & walk out of there feeling like we successfully smashed our "baggage of burdens" to bits inside those doors!!!!

It's safe to say ... WE'LL BE BACK and I WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND you go here the next time you need to "let off some steam" and/or want to have fun!!!
