On Monday, 2.2.26, I told myself I was going to become a runner.
Not someday. Not “eventually.” In the next 30 days.
The goal: my first 5K.
Today was the day to put my money where my mouth is.
I was nervous about being slow. About not sticking to it. About whether my body would actually carry me there.
So I did the scariest part first, I signed up for a 5K in June with my friend Melissa.
Today was my first time ever running 3 miles.
47:57. Slow? Maybe. A start? Absolutely.
Here’s to doing what the f**k you said you were going to do.
Progress doesn’t need permission, it just needs action. 🥂
2025 asked a lot of me, and gave me even more in return.
It was a year of growth I didn’t plan, lessons I didn’t expect, and strength I didn’t know I had yet. A year of showing up for my girls, my clients, and myself… sometimes gracefully, sometimes just bravely.
I’m ending this year grateful for the people who trusted me, supported me, challenged me, and stayed. Grateful for the work, the wins, the quiet moments, and the clarity that came with choosing alignment over comfort.
2026, I’m walking in with intention, confidence, and a softer heart, but stronger boundaries.
More peace. More purpose. More room for what’s meant for me.
Thank you, 2025. I’m ready for what’s next. ✨

So excited to come back to this space, refreshed and ready to share my day to day.
