Honored to have been selected by Field Blends to experience Lodi, its wines, food, and incredible people. It was the opportunity of a lifetime. I learned firsthand that Lodi is so much more than old vine Zin (though that has its place too). Couple highlights: tasting wine from Marian’s Vineyard, planted in 1901 and recently named Vineyard of the Year by the CA State Fair, wine made by Stuart at St Amant, meeting Dan Petroski of Massican, Learning about Lange Twins Winery’s approach to sustainability and regenerative farming. These are few of the many many great takeaways from my week in Lodi. Grateful for the farmers, winemakers, and stories behind every glass. Thanks to , for a very special week.

Cinna’s Wine of the Month is Grüner from Austria, zesty, herbal and crisp; Grüner Veltliner is like Sauvignon Blanc with an Austrian accent. We got this in for you, stop by for a bottle.
