On this day 36 years ago, a beautiful flower was born. I thank God for stopping me while on my stroll through life’s garden long enough to see the most beautifulest sunflower I’d ever come across. Your petals are radiant…your colors illuminate the extravagance of Heaven…and your eyes are a window into God’s goodness. My life completely changed when I caught a glimpse of you. I thank God for you everyday. To my best friend, my turn up buddy, my little spoon, my co-Lego builder, my sole mate, the Nala to my Simba…my wife. I LOVE YOU!!! Happy Birthday babe! Our princesses have an amazing example of how a Queen wears her crown. I celebrate you !

Welcome to Chapter 37 | Coming to the end of my chapter 36 was scary, weird, and many other things that I don’t feel the need to type. But one thing’s for sure, two things for certain…what was on the other side of chapter 36…MAN! I had NO idea that my life would be this way. The way God is penning this story…sheesh! I’m excited to wake up everyday and let God be God! I am literally blown away by God. Just 4 years ago today, I found out that and I were preparing to welcome our baby Haven into the world. And now in 2021, we not only have 1, but 2 beautiful, chocolate daughters…in our right minds, happy, and getting ready to celebrate 11 years of marriage. So when you see me showing all the pearly whites…just know, I’m God’s favorite.
