As a Literacy Specialist, Christi brings 20 years of elementary school teaching experience and a decade of deep specialization in dyslexia. She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education, an M.A. in Reading Education, and is a dedicated member of the Orton-Gillingham Academy as a Fellow in Training (FIT/OGA).

For neurodiverse students navigating dyslexia, ADHD, autism, or executive functioning challenges, traditional academic settings can sometimes feel like trying to speak a foreign language. But drama speaks to them differently. It is a doorway, a bridge, and a space where they are not only seen, but truly heard.
