There aren’t enough words (even for a verbose person like me 😉) to properly illustrate my love and admiration for MY mother, and these mother’s who are my tribe, my inner circle, my confidants, my cheerleaders, my family…both chosen and blood.

Mothering doesn’t stop with the children women have been blessed to birth. Mothering is in every time we nurture, we lend a compassionate ear, it’s every time we speak hard truths with gentle words. It’s every time we encourage and love on one another in ways that compel life to keep moving forward. Mother’s give and nurture life…not only physically with the children they birth…but also in every way women multiply the ideas, hearts, minds and lives that they touch.

So here’s a huge HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY to my favorite mamas, and all the mamas out here. I honor and celebrate you today and every day!
