This week, I’m reflecting on Micah 6:8. One of the clearest and most challenging blueprints for how I want to show up as a leader.

Leadership comes with constant decisions, shifting expectations, and moments where it’s easy to lose your sense of direction. But this verse gives us a compass that never changes:
Act justly. Love mercy. Walk humbly.

These three principles are stretching me in different ways:

Act Justly — choosing fairness even when it’s inconvenient.
Love Mercy — seeing people beyond performance and leading with compassion.
Walk Humbly — remembering that leadership is a calling, not a crown.

This compass is grounding me right now, reminding me that leadership isn’t just about influence; it’s about integrity, compassion, and a posture that honors God.
