Liveology

Liveology® is an Ashtanga based yoga house based in the downtown Atlanta neighborhood, Castleberry Hill with the mission of sharing information about yoga, spirituality, and ways to uplift our community through entrepreneurship. Join us as we teach the 8 limbs of yoga, with activities ranging from asana practice, breathwork, meditation, group fasts and challenges, and a discussion group. Yoga is more than doing poses.
