Today, we pause to honor those who gave their lives in service to our country. We remember their sacrifice and reflect on the lasting impact it has on the freedoms we rely on every day.

Last month, our DC team got together outside of the office to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a happy hour. It was a great chance to spend time together beyond project work!

Congratulations to Nevil Shah on his promotion to Assistant Project Manager in our DC office. This well-earned next step reflects his consistency, work ethic, and the impact he’s made on the team.

This award-winning project is an eight-story mixed-use multifamily development in Charlotte’s Gold District, between Uptown and South End. Known as The Prospect, the project features 304 residential units, 11,500 SF of ground-floor retail, structured parking, and a full range of resident amenities.

Receiving the 2024 CoStar Impact Award for Multifamily Development of the Year, The Prospect is built on a redeveloped site in the historic Gold District, transforming previously underutilized parcels into a more connected, walkable community.

Located across from the NASCAR Hall of Fame, The Francis adds a new chapter to Uptown Charlotte’s skyline. With 21 stories of residential, retail, and amenity space, including a Whole Foods, this project called for multiple structural systems working seamlessly together.

From post-tensioned flat plates and concrete shear walls to structural steel and shallow spread footings on rock, our team engineered solutions that support both the scale and complexity of the development.
