🇺🇸 USCIS Unveils New Design for Green Cards & EADs!🔔

USCIS announces a tamper-resistant card redesign for Form I-551 (Green Cards) and Form I-766 (EADs)! Issued since Jan 30, 2023, some cards may still display the old design. Don't worry! Both versions are acceptable for I-9 and E-Verify. Previously designed cards remain valid until their expiration date. Holders of older Green Cards without an expiration date are encouraged to apply for replacements.

The new cards boast holographic images on both the front and back, as well as a tactile or dimension printing integrated into the design. These added layers of security enhance the overall authenticity of the cards.

¡USCIS anuncia un nuevo diseño de tarjeta para el Formulario I-551 (Green Cards) y el Formulario I-766 (EAD)! Emitidas desde el 30 de enero de 2023, algunas tarjetas aún pueden mostrar el diseño anterior. ¡No te preocupes! Ambas versiones son aceptables para I-9 y E-Verify. Las tarjetas diseñadas previamente siguen siendo válidas hasta su fecha de vencimiento. Se recomienda a los titulares de Tarjetas Verdes más antiguas sin fecha de vencimiento que soliciten reemplazos.

Las nuevas tarjetas cuentan con imágenes holográficas tanto en el anverso como en el reverso, así como también una impresión táctil o dimensional integrada en el diseño. Estas capas adicionales de seguridad mejoran la autenticidad general de las tarjetas.
