✨ Thursday Nights Are for R2ISE ✨

Every Thursday at 7 PM on Zoom, we come together for more than a check-in — we create space for healing, growth, and real connection. 💛

This is where stories are honored, progress is celebrated, and hope is continually rebuilt — together.

🌱 Come as you are
🌱 Be seen and heard
🌱 Grow alongside a community that truly understands

No matter where you are on your journey, you don’t have to walk it alone.
We rise together. We heal together. We R2ISE.

There’s more power in music than just a good vibe… it’s science. 🎶🧠

Research shows that music can actually rewire the brain, reducing stress, improving mood, and even helping with memory and emotional processing. The rhythm regulates your nervous system, the melody activates your emotions, and the lyrics can give voice to what we sometimes can’t say ourselves.

At R2ISE to Recovery, we believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—and music is one of those powerful pathways that meets you right where you are. Whether it’s a song that lifts you, grounds you, or helps you release… it all matters.

✨ Turn the volume up on your healing.
What’s one song that helps you feel better? Drop it below and let’s build a healing playlist together. 💬🎧

Grateful. Truly grateful. 🙏🏾✨

There was a time when art and recovery were overlooked.
Now… they’re leading the conversation.

We’re honored to stand alongside Performance Hypothesis for an evening that brings art, wellness, and community into one powerful space. 🎨🎶
Tickets for the panel are $50
proceeds will go to R2ISE, supporting spaces where healing and recovery happens through creativity.

This isn’t just something to attend.
It’s something to be part of.

Save the date. Be in the room. 💫

What a beautiful time of healing, connection, and community at Rhythms of Recovery. 💙✨

We had an amazing experience drumming, expressing, and restoring together under the guidance of our wonderful facilitator Tatiana Rolles. Thank you to everyone who came out, showed up, and poured into the space with your energy and presence.

Moments like these remind us that recovery can be found through rhythm, fellowship, and shared experiences. We can’t wait for the next one! Stay connected with R2ISE to Recovery for more uplifting events. 💫
