🕊️ We Are All Connected. Or Are We? The wounds of war reach far beyond battlefields. My wants to say something profound and deeply reassuring but the only that come are I feel so sad watching this constant destruction of human beings by supposed other human beings.

And sometimes I question if we are really all connected? Because🤔.

Anyway whatever you do find ways to incorporate and de-stressing (walk, pray, eat, meditate, sit in the sun, fast, listen to music, call a friend, watch a funny movie, volunteer to help someone).
