Congrats to Abigail Guzman for Gainesville City Council, who is our new City Councilwoman for Ward 4! She ran a great race, and is officially the first Latina to serve on the Gainesville City Council, bringing much needed representation to our local government.

Now that Hall County is split between two congressional districts, we will have even more opportunities to engage with candidates, and make our voices heard.

Municipal elections are extremely important, but often have very low turn out. The good news is, that means we have an even bigger opportunity to make our voices heard. Make sure you get out and VOTE during Early Voting, and take a friend with you!
