Faster isn’t equal to better. AI can make your bidding process quicker. But how do you know if it is improving results?

In many organizations, AI is applied to automate tasks and speed up workflows. The process becomes more efficient, but the outcome often remains unchanged.

In bidding, one metric tells the real story. Hit rate.

That is how often do your bids convert into actual business?

This blog explores how to measure AI impact where it matters, and why focusing on outcomes is the difference between activity and value.

In Episode 2 of The Data Shift, Rajesh Indurthi and Dr. Abhinav Somaraju break this down with real-world context and practical insights. If you are evaluating AI for your workflows, this conversation is worth your time.

Multi agent systems sound impressive until one small mistake starts moving through the chain.

Google tested 180 agent configurations across GPT, Gemini, and Claude. One takeaway was clear: multi agent setups struggle when work is sequential.

I have seen the same thing in client workflows.

One agent gets a company detail wrong.
The next agent treats it as fact.
By the final step, the system is confidently acting on bad information.

That is the real risk. Errors do not stay small. They spread.

If each step depends on the previous one being right, more agents usually mean more failure points.

For most business workflows, one focused agent with strong context and clear review points is the better design.

Build for reliability, not demo appeal.

The data behind all of this comes from Google's own research. Worth a full read before you architect your next system. Read on to learn more:
