✨✨✨ CARRABBA’S ITALIAN GRILL ✨✨✨

I recently checked out @carrabbas for their March Wine Dinner, “Crushing It,” and it was such a well put together experience. Their monthly wine-dinner series features a multi-course menu with wine pairings for $60 per person, and it truly feels like a full dining experience rather than just a meal.

This dinner honored National Women’s History Month, highlighting wines from female trailblazers in the industry. Each pairing felt intentional and complemented the flavors of every course. The pacing was smooth, and the portion sizes were very generous for the price.

✨ March Wine Dinner Menu ✨
Course 1: Calabrian Shrimp Skewer — Riondo Prosecco
Course 2: Blackberry Whipped Ricotta — Seven Daughters Moscato
Course 3: Honey Goat Cheese Sacchetti — Chloe Pinot Grigio
Course 4: Chicken Toscana — Apothic Red Blend
Course 5: Italian Cannoli Sundae — McBride Sisters Red Blend

Overall the experience felt interactive from start to finish. At the end of the night, there was a raffle with prizes like charcuterie boards, wine glasses, and even free dinners, making it a fun way to wrap up the evening. If you’re looking for something different for a date night or want to enjoy a curated food and wine pairing, this is definitely worth checking out.

Upcoming dinners:
March 25 and 26 at 6:30 pm: “Spritz It Up”, a 5-course spritz-pairing dinner
April 14 and 22 at 6:30 pm: “Ciao From Italy”, a their April wine dinner featuring a 4-course menu and wines by Salvatore Ferragamo Jr. from the Il Borro region
