I'm Dr. Flow.

I'm a Broadway veteran, teaching artist, producer, creative coach, and the founder of Love In Action Network.

For more than 27 years, I've dedicated my life to helping people believe in themselves, find their voice, and build lives rooted in purpose instead of fear. Whether I'm performing on stage, coaching artists, interviewing world changers on my podcast, leading recovery spaces, producing music, or building communities around the globe, my mission remains the same:
Encourage. Equip. Empower.

I believe that dreams deserve structure. That healing and ambition belong in the same conversation. That artists deserve sustainable careers. That communities are stronger when compassion becomes a daily practice instead of an occasional event.

Through Love In Action Network, Love City Arts Academy, Love City Records, and my coaching practice, I work with performers, entrepreneurs, creatives, leaders, and everyday people who are ready to become more fully themselves.
