These finalists will showcase their innovations in live demonstrations on Monday, August 25, where judges will make their final evaluations before selecting this year’s winners. The seven winning entries will be revealed on Tuesday, August 26 at 11:00 AM during IWF 2026.

Both Home Depot and Lowe’s say their biggest wins are coming from Pro customers, even as homeowners put major renovation projects on hold due to higher costs, interest rates, and housing market uncertainty.
The numbers tell the story:
✅ Home Depot’s Pro customers make up a small percentage of shoppers but drive more than half of total revenue.
✅ Lowe’s expects Pro sales to continue outperforming DIY through the rest of the year.
