Ladies, it's about to get boiling lava hot outside! You need some options for dresses to keep you cool but still be stylish.

Here are some great dresses to get the job done when it's freaking hot.

A. Let's start out with a bold color floral print. The sleeveless silhouette and linen fabric will fight the heat.
B. Yes, you still need a little black dress. Go for something light weight that flows away from the legs.
C. Here's something that is completely versatile. A polo mini dress. Great with anything casual.
D. If ruffles are your thing, then go for something less voluminous than you would in the winter.
E. How about a little sparkle? This summery look showcases some rhinestone bows without being too gaudy.
F. This is a great option for a summery cocktail night. Great color, print, a sheen!
G. Tired of floral. Try a cool retro print to show your uniqueness.
H. For when you just have to be the center of attention! This showstopper will not go unnoticed at any summer event

Now go forth and stay cool and stylish with your new dresses. Have fun!

Guys, it’s freakin’ cold out there … almost everywhere. You can’t be wearing shorts right now, and a lot of khakis and dress pants aren’t helpful either. You need to wear jeans and be strategic about which ones you choose.

Here are some great options for jeans that will keep you protected from this insane winter.

A. A.P.C. makes fantastic quality denim. They use tried Japanese methods for raw denim, so their jeans are durable in the winter. I've had several pairs of A.P.C jeans over the years. Go with a straight leg stonewash. Everyone likes the 90's looks right now.

B. Levi's are still the best bang for your jeans buck. There's a reason why they've been around forever, yet people still overlook them. Levi's is one of the very few brands that still use 100% cotton in their jeans, which makes them appealing for both winter and summer. Try this classic selvedge look for your cold months.

C. Polo is another brand of jeans that people often overlook. People normally associate Polo with the iconic shirts, but they've been making quality jeans for a long time. Basically, any cut and/or color will work for the winter. These too are 100% cotton.

D. “No white after Labor Day" be damned! I hate that tradition. I wear more white after Labor Day than in the summer just to be a contrarian. White works quite well in the winter with the snow. I would still go with an off-white jean, just in case you get some unwanted splashes of winter on yourself.

E. How about a cool pair of black button fly jeans. These are very durable and warm but can still keep you looking dressy in the worst weather. They pair well with almost anything you own!

F. Why not mix it up a little with a different color. Try these jeans in olive. They are affordable, comfortable, stylish, and very easy to care for. That’s a lot of wins in the winter!

That’s six great options for you to stay warm and stylish in the harshness of winter. Don’t let me see you out there in your oversized, gray sweatpants anymore!

Dudes, just because it’s getting cold and messy outside, it doesn’t mean you need to give up on having stylish footwear. Companies are making boots that are both durable and fantastic looking. There’s no excuse for wearing ugly boots anymore.

Here are some great options to get your feet both rugged and stylish.

A. Suede can be tricky to use in the winter weather, but these have been wax treated to make them weather safe. This style goes with everything.
B. Untamed Street makes very forward thinking designed boots and shoes. These are particularly good in the winter due to their lug soles and high uppers.
C. Danner has been around forever, and their boots last forever, no matter what you throw at them. Go for a classic hiking boot to give that retro vibe. I have a pair, myself!
D. Chelsea boots are a great winter option, because they don't have shoelaces that can collect dirt and grime. Just be sure to get some with a lug sole, so you don't slip in the winter slop.
E. The term “rain boots” can conjure some truly ugly images. However, there are some really cool rain boots out there that you can wear with anything all day. Try a pair of burnt orange, like these, or any with a pop of color. People will appreciate the bold whimsy!
F. If you’re my age and grew up in the North, then you loved Moon Boots. Well … they’re back and cooler than ever. If you live in an area where you are seriously entrenched in a long wintery mess, then why not go all out with Moon Boots? Opt for a pair like this, that have a neutral color and can go with nearly anything.
G. Red Wing logger boots have been trusted by some of the hardest working men and women for decades. There’s nothing you can throw at them that they can’t handle. Wear them with your favorite jeans and look like the toughest guy in town.
H. Let's not forget the coolest of the cool ... the Combat Boot. Military style boots are the best combination of form and function. They're always tough and always look good.

You now have all the resources you need to make sure your feet are warm, dry, and stylish this winter.

Guys, I'm seeing a lot of you going too far with your suit accessories.

I appreciate the spirit of incorporating more into your overall appearance, but sometimes less is more.

You don't need too many things at one time. Try to limit your suit accessories to just two pieces, preferably a metal piece and a cloth piece.

The perfect example is a metallic tie bar and a cloth pocket square. However, you can choose whatever combos you like.

Just don't go overboard. You're not decorating a Christmas tree!!

Ladies, I get it … you don’t like your legs for any number of reasons. The reality is that you are your worst critic in this department. Nobody is upset with your legs except you. The problem is that you stopped wearing dresses and skirts. This limits your outfit choices quite a lot. In this post, I’m going to show you some options for dresses and skirts that won’t make you uncomfortable about your legs. The biggest key is to make sure they fall at the knee or lower. Therefore, midi and maxi dresses and skirts could be your best friends!

Here are some great options to get you back on track with dresses and skirts.

A. This skirt gives you plenty of coverage but is sneaky with its asymmetrical hemline. People will be so dazzled with the shape of this skirt that they won’t even notice your legs!
B. How about some pleats and movement with this satin maxi skirt?!? If you're going to cover your legs, at least give a little visual interest.
C. Take a look at this stunner! The thing that makes this great for women who want to keep their legs on limited showing is the side slit. It gives just a peek of leg with lots of elegance.
D. So you still need a LBD (little black dress), but you want to keep it a little conservative? Here’s your answer. This can be dressed up or down as much as you like with shoes, jewelry, bags, and jackets. Notice the great detail of bows on the front.
E. Leather and faux leather have really heated up this season. The extra bonus with this maxi skirt is the high waist. This will make you look taller and leaner!
F. I know this is showing a little more leg than you may like, but there are some keys to making this work. Having a solid, neutral color will keep everyone’s eyes up away from your legs. Additionally, notice the embellished sleeves that also distract the eyes from focusing on your lower half. Trust me, you’ll be so comfortable in this.
G. You may be wondering why I would put a miniskirt in a post for women who are shy about their legs. This is less about the skirt and more about the boots. Knee high boots are a big deal these days, and this is a great workaround for you to wear miniskirts and not feel self-conscious about your legs. Keep the boots a solid neutral color, then you can go nuts with the dress or skirt. You can do the same thing with boots and midi or maxi pieces as well.

Now you’ve simply run out of reasons to not wear dresses and skirts anymore. Use these recommendations as starting points to open a whole new world of fashion and style. Have fun!
