Position: Transaction Coordinator (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate? We’re looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator to manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.

Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from executed contract through closing
* Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, title companies, inspectors, and appraisers
* Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
* Track contract deadlines and contingency dates
* Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments
* Maintain transaction files in compliance with brokerage and state requirements
* Provide exceptional communication and customer service throughout the transaction

Qualifications:

* Previous experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator preferred
* Knowledge of Georgia real estate contracts and closing procedures is a plus
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and real estate transaction management platforms (Dotloop, SkySlope, or similar)
* Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines
