Henna Works seeks out the finest, freshest henna powder available. Henna powder is a bright green color and has a rich, earthy aroma. When I make my paste, I use Organic lemon juice, high quality essential oils called melaleuca cajeputi, wild orange & lemongrass, and a small amount of raw sugar to help make it stick to the skin. This combination releases a natural dye from the henna plant which s
tains the skin. For BEST results leave henna paste on as long as possible, 4-8 hours or even overnight. After the paste is removed your design will be a light orange color. Over the next 2 days the dye will oxidize and the stain will become darker,
resulting in a Auburn Brown color. The temporary tattoos will last from a few days to several weeks, depending where it is applied to the body and your skin type. MY STORY
