Congrats to my lovely client! She came to me as a referral from her mom, whom I helped sell and buy a home about 5 or six years ago, and today she closed on her very first home. ❤️🏡😁 As a government employees, she was able to obtain a grant which was applied toward her closing costs and which never had to be repaid.

I've been participating in the Seen & Sold Bootcamp for the past 11 days and we're halfway through. This challenge has really made me reflect on my consistency and visibility in my business. Over the past 11 days I’ve realized something important — visibility is not something that just happens. It’s something you have to be intentional about.
One thing I’ve learned about myself during this challenge is the lasting impact I've had on the lives of my past clients and how much they appreciated my efforts in helping them buy or sell a home.
One thing that has pushed me outside my comfort zone is reconnecting with clients that I haven't spoken to in several years.
But I’ve also realized that the more you show up, the more conversations start to happen. And in real estate, conversations create opportunities. I’m committed to staying visible and continuing to grow during the second half of this bootcamp. Because if people don’t see me… they can’t hire me.
