Grilled Lambchops, Roasted Brussels & Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Tenderloin Fondue
·start by grilling off some steak (your choice, I recommend a thicker cut like Ny strip or filet mignon)
·season steak to your preferred taste, cook to preferred temperature (medium is what i recommend)
·set steak to rest
·next in a medium saucepan, bring 1\4 of cream (half&half) to a simmer over medium heat
·add a tablespoon of butter
·slowly stir in 1\4 cup crumbled bleu cheese, reduce heat
·as sauce becomes creamy, remove from heat
·slice steak into bite size pieces, pour melted cheese sauce into sauce dish
·top sauce with crumbles
·serve with kabob sticks, for picking & dipping
