RECENT LOAN CLOSING: $6.76MM for the acquisition and change of ownership PIP on the SpringHill Suites by Marriott located in Dayton, OH. The property is an 84-room hotel that was built in 2007 and managed by Renascent Hospitality. Thanks to our team for another smooth and successful loan closing!
