Where would you say is your place of peace? The beach? Perhaps the mountains or a local park. Would you say your home is your haven of peace? This morning, this serene scene was mine.

Do you ever think about the heart as a residence of peace? Specifically the peace of Jesus Christ. This scripture in Colossians reminds us:

Colossians 3:15 • "Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body, you were called to peace."

No matter where you go to seek peace, the peace of the Savior should go with you. ❤️

A prayer to share: Jesus - our Savior, we invite you into our hearts today and every single day. Establish your divine residence within me. Make the house of my heart clean, pure, and available to you. Let my daily actions, words, and motives flow from a surrendered heart of peace so that when others my works, they see the heart of you. Amen. ❤️

Recently, I was invited back to my alma mater, Georgia Southern University, to present one of my leadership workshops titled, "Own Your Original: Leading Like Only You Can" for their 2024 Fall Development Conference at the Armstrong campus in Savannah, Georgia.
