This started as a post about being 9 months in and 9 months out but it turned into a collection of just the 9 months Emilia was in my belly. An appreciation of my body and the amazing things it did to bring her here. Of how this body still doesn’t feel like mine and I’m trying to be ok with it.

Waiting. . not so patiently for your little bestie to wake up and join the party!

Ever since I had kids I love asking my mom about us when we were little and she recently told me the story of how my brother used to wait for me to wake up from naps so we could play. Y’all, I loved my naps (still do!) so he had to check on me like a million times. I think this big sister relates 🧡💛😆
