Day 6 Dora Carpet and Seats: The wood surrounding the shifter needs to be replaced with one from a manual car. Today I removed the burl veneer. In three places the next layer came off. Billy Ray suggested using JB Weld instead of wood filler to even the surface. It’s applied and drying. Sanding soon!

In Search of Triumph Pony Express

I have a rear Spitfire Valance in Pittsboro, North Carolina that needs to get to Westminster, South Carolina or Atlanta, Georgia. This is for the 64 I’m restoring with my daughters. If you can make it partially that’s appreciated too. I don’t want to have to do 10 hours one day there and back. Will pay in money, Bourbon, Sourdough, or Bourbon Pecan Pies!!
