This is my friend Wayne. Two years ago, he started on a health and weight loss journey, and invited me to hear about it. I declined...and as a result, I spent two more years carrying around 30 extra pounds, taking insulin 3x a day. Little did I know that the program he wanted to tell me about is the same one that is working for me today! I know what it's like to be cynical, skeptical and to have pretty much given up hope of ever succeeding at weight loss and improved health. But now, like Wayne, I've decided to coach and encourage others to suspend disbelief and give it a try...because I'm living the experience of "If I can do it, I know ANYBODY can" !!
