Construction is underway for Vintage Hamilton Place, a new 247-unit luxury apartment community in Chattanooga, TN!

Developed by TDK Companies and Rail Gauge Partners, this project will deliver modern residences, resort-style amenities, and convenient access to the area’s premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations by Fall 2028. We are excited to be part of bringing this vibrant new community to life!

We remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country and the freedoms we enjoy every day. We’re grateful for the dedication and sacrifice of all who have served and continue to serve.

Last week, our Dwellians celebrated our firm’s 17th Anniversary! With project tours, Cinco de Mayo, Taco Tuesday, and games - we celebrated our team and all of our accomplishments.
