I started coaching on November 7, 2012, and here’s the exact homework I prescribed him that day:

PRESCRIPTION
1️⃣ Chair Drill x 20 reps
2️⃣ Wall Drill Flat Bat x 20 reps (5-second hold)
3️⃣ Ladder Drill x 10 reps

📋 Note: 2 sets x 4 days per week
