Living Authentically You

Tracey works with women who want to Get to the Good Part of their lives! Maturing women often become so bogged down by their responsibilities to other things and people that they forget about themselves. My practice is where they find a safe space to re-evaluate and re-arrange things in their lives so they can care for themselves. This often includes working on HEALING not Hiding, balance & boundaries, and self-compassion & self-worth.
