Meet Aven Barbosa, APC, NCC 🤍

Aven works with adults and couples navigating relationship challenges, women’s issues, blended family dynamics, and life transitions, including the emotional and physical shifts that can come with perimenopause.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, helping clients feel heard while building practical tools for connection, healing, and growth. Aven integrates modalities like EFT and CBT to support clients in deepening self-awareness, improving communication, and creating healthier relational patterns.
