1. Prayer/Meditation 🙏🏾
2. 📖 Journaling/Stream of Consciousness Journaling (look it up)
3. Stretching/Yoga 🧘‍♀️

Somedays, I only do a few of these items and others none at all. But when I'm focused and allowing myself to stand in greatness, this block of time is mine alone - it's a sacred space. It sets the tone and intention for the day ahead, and I've found strength in doing this for myself. But the question is, are you holding space for yourself? If not, feel free to take my routine and make it your own. Be willing to try something new, be open to trying again tomorrow. ⁣💕⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
