We dance every Sunday from 3-5pm at Clarkston Community Center. Adhering to the etiquette from the first Ecstatic Dance in Oakland: dance freely and respect yourself and others. No shoes, no booze, no perfumes, no talking on the dance floor. Gain consent before dancing with someone else. Our DJs consistently craft conscious sets for our dancing pleasure. Hey Lovers of Ecstatic Dance Atlanta…
We wanna thank each and every one of you who have danced with us this past 6 months…
We wanna thank each DJ who procured a magical journey for us…and we wanna thank each volunteer who laid out mats or built an altar or helped with set up & tear down…or closing circle.
We also wanna thank Clarkston Community Center for allowing us to dance in the most beautiful space, physically and energetically, that we could have asked for!!
I personally wanna thank my incredible team: Gerry Cook: David Gamble; Logan Ferrelle & Roya Tayodon…it’s been great working with you!!
It is with excitement for new things that we are letting go of our current format~
April 30 will be our last in the series of weekly Sunday Ecstatic dances at the Clarkston Community Center.

🔥This Sunday we have DJ Scot-O-Matic in the house! He combines house, tribal, jazz, Celtic, animal sounds, circus, electro funk, and electro swing to bring his own unique and oh so fun luscious world fusion groove to the dance floor!
