Messy Healing

I honor the Sabbath every weekend. Starting Friday sunset until Saturday sunset. It is the last day of the week that the Lord rested. During this time, I meditate, pray, watch on YouTube and just brainstorm ideas. It is a day to completely relax and be calm. You too should take advantage of this day. Stay in and spend time with family or have a simple self care day. If God rested why shouldn’t you?
