And I don't want to name any names, but some of you (...us...me...LOL) have been busy (per usual) doing the most and making the season bright for so many; AND have not taken the time you NEED for you. You were wanting rest and anticipating rest, and hoping it would show up gift wrapped. It's not going to happen. You may have come into this season on empty and you're about to start the year the same way. Claim the time now!

We're going to be talking a lot and I'll be sharing a lot of resources on how interrupt this cycle and move more in intentionally in 2023. BUT FOR NOW, PLEASE go sit down somewhere. Set some time aside to BE COMPLETELY OFF!

You won't catch me racing towards ANY 2022 finish lines this month. I'll be resting, reading & writing, traveling & watching Hallmark movies and Netflix rom coms in cozy clothes. Trying different egg nogs and holiday drinks, squeezing my nieces’ faces and taking them to Target daily because they're fascinated with the U.S. fascination with it. Taking daily walks with my mom and eating too many chocolate covered almonds. Seeing holiday lights and my hometown. Smelling up the home with cinnamon and peppermint oils & laying on pillows bigger than my torso.

I'm enough. I am goals. I'm already strong. Without another email, dollar or appointment. I am whole.
